Thank you, Concept2!

Just wanted to issue a quick belated compliment for the amazing team at C2!

Shortly before Christmas, I returned home with my disassembled Model D (it doesn't fit in my car without front legs removed). In the process, I forgot the relevant screwdriver to reassemble it. To make matters worse, it was the 21st of December and I was still >50k away from completing the Holiday Challenge.

I found the screwdriver on the C2 shop for £3.80 + £2.50 delivery, which I felt was very reasonable, but the delivery time was quoted as up to seven working days (obviously, I'd miss the challenge cutoff if I did this)!

However, after one very quick call explaining the situation, Concept2 were kind enough to send me the screwdriver with next day delivery for free. After the person I spoke to said "that's all done for you", I asked her how I should pay and she just laughed and said I didn't need to. Given that I was willing to pay £15 for the driver and the expedited delivery, to be told it was free shocked me!

I've been loving the rower for years now (I received it in January 2021), but to get this level of customer service, inexpensive replacement/upgradable parts (e.g., the tablet holder), regular and substantial software updates for ErgData, and the million meter club rewards, I'm so pleased with my purchase!

TLDR: I was going to fail the Winter Challenge because of a missing screwdriver, but Concept2 sent me one with next day delivery for free!

I've never needed to use the Customer Service, but I've never failed to be impressed with the comments from the people that have done.
