Question about Rerow / Rebike

Post by johnlvs2run » May 30th, 2022, 7:23 pm

If I do a workout like this, then rebike (rerow) it, will it keep the interval after the last repetition?
5' r2 4' r2 3' r2 2' r2

If not, will putting the last interval as an additional repetition work well with repeats?
For example: 5' r2 4' r2 3' r2 2' 2' <-- then moving the meters for the last 2' repetition to the interval set.

If I'm following correctly.

Yes, you need to program the 2 minute rest at the end. It will still be there on rerow/rebike.

Was using ReRow all the time then I discovered you can reprogram the CUSTOM rows in the PM5 to whatever you like.

I now have all 5 of them done and with the maximum number of splits possible (52 Max).

This is faster to setup, just watch this video.
