PM4 Loader max count ?

Hi,

I dusted off my old C2 with PM4 and while I was charging it decided to update the firmware to 7.10.01 via the Concept2 Ultility. I started the process but think I made a mistake somewhere because the uitility is showing "No devices connected" however the PM4 is showing :

I've anonymised the SN and the number in the second line is incrementing at a rate of about 10 counts /second.

Is my PM4 loader loading at this time ? If so then what will the count get to before the flash process is complete ?

Pull the USB cable. Reboot the laptop you're using.

Insert a Biro in the reset switch on the back of the PM4.

Reconnect the printer cable and try again.
