Cannot add .jpg attachment

Hi there, oh leaned ones,

Can anyone tell me why I cannot add any jpg's to any of my posts? I keep getting a message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Is this a "thing" or can we only post photos as links now? Thank you.
