All,

I am moving cross country and taking my Model D with me. Don't have original packing. Is it possible to just original packing from anywhere ? otherwise what is best option to pack ?

In general they're pretty sturdy things. Depending on the details of the move (are you putting everything in a truck yourself, or are you hiring movers, etc.) you might want to consider removing the PM, or at a minimum folding the arm down. That, separating the main halves at the foot rest, and a few moving blankets, and you'll probably be fine. I wouldn't go through the trouble of looking for an original box.

Just stick it in a box, big enough for it. Or in two boxes, one for each half. I wouldn't bother dismantling other stuff. Unless it's absolutely necessary for it to fit into the boxes!!!!!

The main concern should be the PM. Remove that and wrap it up good in bubble wrap!!!
