Rankings now links to your full row data

Thanks to Concept 2 for implementing my idea to add a link between the rows in the rankings to all the data for that row.

Probably been working for a while but only just noticed it as I ranked my best 30min "Training Row" to date for this season.

You have to drop all the security settings in your profile for others to see it but it works great, just click the rowers name then click "View Workout"
