Just joined the forum as have a Concept2 being delivered today, excited is an understatement, I have done a bit of indoor rowing before but nothing compared to what im looking to do in the future.
I have completed a Marathon on a C2 for charity before, my aim is to possible do it again but with much better technique, time and look less like a whole body spasm by the end of it.
I am a Personal Trainer but always been more of a meathead than a cardio boy but that's gotta change as I now have a little lad I got to keep up with, so the fitness have got to come up, the weight down and the overall health and mobility increased.
I have changed from heavy training at the gym to more Complexes for overall conditioning and feeling great for it. Mobility work is added in before and after workouts and now the CONCEPT 2 is going to take me that next step further.
I look forward to reading the forum and getting more educated from the top dogs on here, and hopefully even encourage one or two with my own workouts.
Howdy!!

Re: Howdy!!
Welcome to the forum. All the best with the training and stay patient as it can be a very frustrating piece of kit.
Having said that you have done a FM already so you know what the pain cave feels like!!
