CTC identification problem

HEllo,

I had a problem creating my profile on the CTC page...
The first time i Typed my password I had the message Incorrect password written... I retiped it a couple of time and it worked...

The second problem is I can't enter my result... as I still have the incorrect password message appearing... Is there a way to reset the password for my account ? Or delete my account to recreate it ?
