PM5 and Polar H7 not visible

Sorry,
I know this topic has come up before but I was not able to correct the problem. I am only trying to connect one HR device (Polar H7) to the PM5 but I cannot see it. There is no list. I had it strapped on but it is not visible on the PM5.

Is your strap compatible with the PM5? In looking at the Polar H7 at Amazon, it notes it's Bluetooth - which won't work with the PM5.

Ripples, thank you for your reply. The Polar H7 is Bluetooth Smart which is compatible with PM5. I know I have read another post where the person was having a problem with their polar H7 and PM5. That one was resolved successfully.

If you've not upgraded it your PM5 needs to be running Version 155 (released January 2017) or Version 22 (released May 2016) firmware (depending whether it's a PM5 V1 or PM5 V2).

The PM5 was recently updated, so I don't think this is the problem.

That's Concept2 USA's toll free number - which should work from Canada.

I run an H7 With My PM5 with no issues. Make Sure your H7 is not connected with a different device (phone, tablet, etc) before trying to connect it to your PM5.
