Today, I rowed an 8,000 piece and have obtained my long range goal of 5,000,000 meters on the C2 machine.

A nice milestone. Congrats!!
P.S hope your back gets better so you can row more frequently. Nothing more frustrating than not being able to do something you enjoy more often because of niggling issues.
