Another new boy!

Post by Adrian » September 3rd, 2016, 5:10 am

Hello all,
My model e is unpacked and waiting for me...
I have a plan to start with the first workouts on the Concept 2 site, then I plan to do the Pete's plan beginners.
Looking forward to my rowing adventure and chatting with some of the folks on here.
Adrian

Thanks for the input, it seems that form and technique are the things to nail first. Arms only rowing, then body and arms then legs.
Lots to learn, lots of meters to travel....

I have done 550000m and have only just scratched the surface....
If you are having any problems then a side on video posted in the training forum will get help to iron out any problems.

My journey is just beginning, the forum is full of advice and plenty of people who know what they are doing!
Thanks for taking the time to reply to my first post.
