The Power of Inspiration
The Power of Inspiration
Yesterday was one of those days that altough I has a 6K in my schedule, my mind and body don't want it. I thought that I'll do it but it will end with a miserable time. Then, before start it, I take some time to see some vids of the 2012 olympic rowing races. It was really inspirational and suddenly I was really motivated to do my scheduled piece. In short, it ends with a pb for the distance, 22:43, a time wasn't in my sight for now. After getting a new black D, 4 months ago, I struggle to be under 23:10 for the 6K and suddenly this. It was really motivational to think in the races while doing my piece, and it help a lot to mantain the power until the end.

Absolutely, motivation is a key in a good training and successful results. Its very important not only for the state of mind, but also for the chemicals that our body produces during training. Sometimes i also have problems with motivation and the thing that helps me is a strong, good, hard rock - metal music
Keep motivation up and do warm up
