And now there are three....

Looks like the dynamic erg market is starting to hot up.
The now familiar orange and black Oartec Slider was the first of the new era of dynamic ergs to hit the market.
Then shortly afterwards the Australian version of the new Rowperferct (called the indoor sculler) went on sale.
Now there is the Dutch version of Rowperfect (called the RP3) about to go on sale in September:

Cas Rekers, the original inventor of RP, due to a lot of pressure from customers, is releasing the above erg on the market. It is similar to the "Indoor Sculler" but has several differences.

It has the original RP monitor and software and doesn't come with the RP Mate monitor. Same plastic footstraps as C2 but the seat is not as well padded as the "Indoor sculler". It also misses out on that wonderful spring loaded timber handle. Cosmetics differ and flywheel assenbly is also slightly different.

At the moment the "Indoor Sculler" is best looker and a real treat to erg on. C2 is yet to play it's hand.
PBs: 2K 6:13.4, 5K 16:32, 6K 19:55, 10K 33:49, 30min 8849m, 60min 17,309m
Caution: Static C2 ergs can ruin your technique and timing for rowing in a boat.
The best thing I ever did to improve my rowing was to sell my C2 and get a Rowperfect.
