Hi Xeno

Started indoor rowing to tray and loose some weight! Was 123.5 kg at Christmas down to 111.3kg this morning. Slow and steady with a few hicups along the way.

Also started on water rowing a bout a month ago. Have about 5 hours up over the last month, the last 2 in a racing single. Winter, even in Australia, is probably not the best time of year to learn! Yet to fall in, but it’s only matter time; I seem particularly unstable when turning round to see where I’m trying to go! Newcastle being a working port makes it interesting trying not be run over or run into anything big and hard.

Club house is next to "4" on the link map below, if you are interested.

Hi
Even the areal view of the port makes me want to take a holiday in Australia. We had such a good time six years ago.
Try a rear view mirror, called here, THIRD EYE.
All the best and stay dry.
