Michelle:
This is really nitpicking, but I would make the world a little smaller. As it is, it seems overwhelming and about to roll over and squash the poor Eh! team  Also, I would make the "A" of "Around" line up with the "w" of "row" (I am fanatical with symmetry ); on the other hand, the way you lined it up gives the impression that the world rolls away from the Eh! Team, which is a good thing!

Apart from that, it is perfect IMHO!

Not to mention, since we've rowed somewhere around 1/3 of the way already, the world really is getting smaller.

Michelle,

Almost perfect IMHO!
Nitpicking again, but I would make the rail a little shorter; it seems the World is slightly too disconnected from the Eh! Team.

Thanks Michelle, and I am glad that you are enjoying yourself!

Great job on the logo Michelle (& Francois  ). Very well done.

I see what Kinley meant about Baja migrating. The globe is flipped east to west. Although we would say that lotusland is now having to put up with the North Atlantic!

Great logo, Michelle!!! I really like the loose design. And it's amazing, how you managed to integrate all the suggestions. Do you do this kind of thing professionally?

Michelle, I think your logo is great! Making the text symetrical seems to have gotten rid of the sense of rotation/movement that the earlier (#5) text placement had for the globe, but that, of course is a matter of preference.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with your work!

Post by alkem » June 5th, 2006, 5:46 pm

Thanks everyone for your ideas and suggestions. Thanks also for the kudos. My head might be too big and heavy to row tonight. lol So, who decides if we use it and how do we get it on the Eh! Team and CTC websites?

Hey, I just found this thread!
Beauty, eh?

I love it. My 10 votes for it to be the official logo. Anyone know how we get it on the c2c site?

Keep on rowin', eh.
