Dougie what is the latest CTC vote Tally?

Brendin
I'll sort it out on Monday and post the current tally.

I think it's 11 votes for 10K, 4 votes for mile and 47 eligible voters. (I've got to see if Chippy turns up at SLIRC.)

Not sure the list is up to date - the Taff Attack website has 47 members but 66 people row for Taff Attack on the online log. I'm one of the 19 missing from the website. I assume all 66 can vote on the CTC right?

I saw a few of the Taffs today, Chippy and spine buster, Niall and Citroen. I tell you what, you are without doubt the best well presented (dress wise) team on the circuit, very smart. B)

Those fleeces where amazing, I want one.

Some silver wear too for the Taffs. B)

Thanks to the Taffs for coming down, I know it is not just a 5 min round trip.

I got a silver in the 40-49LWT 1K (handicap) with a PB of 3:23.3 (after you subtract my 18sec handicap).

I rowed the 1K open relay with John Foy (Team Oarsome) and got bronze.

I was too much of a coward to go for the bleep test.

Excellent day, excellent company. Good racing.

(until Frank gets the stuff on his website).

Hey, congrats, Citroen!

Anyone get any pics of our "best well-presented" Taffs?

Sir p /Niel Ridge

Thanks for puttinig on such a great event. :D

The bleep test was a killer and i completed 1.36 pace then fell apart.
Chris completed 1.34 pace and i think Nial completed 1.40 pace.
Chris and i got silver in the 1k relay (bronze last year).Tidy :D

I got some fleece jackets from a local shop which are the same colours
as the teams AIO B) got them to put TAFF ATTACK on the chest and
we wore them to the event. EVERYBODY said they looked great so we
are now known as TAFF ATTACK by GUCCI.

Niall
Nice to see you back in action. :)

It has taken me a while to wake up realise the site had moved.
Looks like I was the last to post on the old site.

Well done to TAFS at SLIRC would have loved to have been there, especially if new team colours were being unveiled. Can't wiat to see the pictures.

I did the RT yesterday and got managed to get aboard TAFF1, this appears to have helped TAFF1 and TAFF2 gain a place.

1000m @ 1.41.1
750m @ 1.40.4
500m @ 1.40.8
250m @ 1.41.0
750m @ 1.40.1

Ave: @ 1.40.6 ..... 10.54.2

Very happy with this although a couple of times a got a twinge of pain from my knee. No suffering today and I am now starting to walk without crutches.

I see the specialist tommorrow and hopefully he will sign me off as all clear.

Top day out in the big village yesterday.
Good to see my mate Chippy blow his head off to complete the 1:36 in the bleep - teritory he's never visited before - well done mate.

Also good to Niall back and fighting - Niall keep focusing on the positives butt.

Being a 30-39 Hwt I don't get to see many trophies (not what I'm there for anyway!), so when I do I feel the need to tell all.

Went to defend a bronze, came away with a silver - Tried to win gold by cheating (or at least put Andy Jones/Toddler off), but they were having none of it. Chased them all the way and were narrowly beaten by about 75 meters! - HA HA.

Cheers
Chris A (Ex Bore DA)
