where is the member list on this site, and what happend to top 10 posters and top ten posters of the day?

That sort of fluff is one of the vectors that the hackers/spammers use to extract email addresses from these bulletin boards.

I'd prefer to have a board without that stuff than to have my inbox filling with, yet more, unwanted crud.

The member list was removed, as it tends to attract spam posters. I don't think the software supports the other info you mention, at least not without installing an add-in that would be pretty far down the priority list.
