You are at a great pace for a new personal best on a long piece, and the doorbell rings?

Usually I would have just ignored it and kept rowing, but I figured that it was probably the post office. I was expecting some new camera gear, and I didn't want to have to go and pick it up a day later, so I answered the door.

It was my new photo gear, so that wasn't a waste, but instead of beating my old time for a half marathon by a few minutes, I only shaved off a few seconds.

I hear ya. The other thing is the phone rings while I'm doing intervals and if I picked up the phone I wouldn't be able to speak anyways.

Way I figure it is unless I hear gunfire or smell smoke in the house, I ain't stopping!!

Or the kids wake up and want water/pipi/whatsoever ...

Or there are annoying pop-ups from your computer appearing in the RowPro screen:evil:
