predicting a split

Post by sammac112 » June 20th, 2007, 9:29 pm

I have a 60 minute test coming up on sunday and have never done one of such length.

I can do a 30 minute at around 1:50/ 500 meter.

judging by this, what do you think i should aim for as a split during the 60?

Thanks.

Say at 1.55 the first 10/12 k, if you feel good at that stage you can pick the pace up en bit.
