Have just got myself my first C2, 4 weeks so far and addicted. Taken 36 seconds off my 2k time already and managing 850m further per 30mins (I was really bad when I started!).
Is it the right thing to only put workouts in the online log book? Do people put all their rowing in? So far I've only been putting things that are "rankable", and am missing out on several tens of thousands of metres in warm-ups / downs etc...
Can't help but feel I'm missing out when it comes to hitting the 'million.
Just wondering what everybody else does. In reality it makes no difference to training or the clear benefit the C2 provides.
AB.

With the PM3/4 you get the resting metres recorded. I log those on the logbook (with a time of 0:00:00.0). I've rowed them, they're my metres.Tyn wrote:I put every single meter rowed down in the logbook, except for the lost meters during the rest of intervaltraining!
With PM2 you don't have that feechur.
That's true but the PM2 has a resettable odometer:With PM2 you don't have that feechur
Hold "OK"
Push "^"
Push "RECALL" to set to 0.
Just reset to 0 before the start of an interval set. Check the total meters at the end and subtract the intervals distances (steps 1 & 2).
Fortunately there are fewer and fewer of us who have to remember to do this.
