Hello, I'm new to the forum but not new to rowing. After some time away from the sport, I'm "back in the lab again". This seems like a great community, so I thought I'd introduce myself and say "hi". I also notticed that there were a few posts with links to videos, I was wondering how many posts do you need to make befor you can put up a link? Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Petey
First post. Quick intro.
Welcome back ergogenic!
I think it should be enough with 3-4 posts, but am not sure...
I started again in January 2004 after 17 years "retirement", and found great motivation in the forum and ranking system.

It's enough so that the spambots get turned away and the warm body porn posters get bored before they've achieved the required number.
I think PaulH has is set to three, currently.
Try again, we'd like to see your video.
