clubs the same??

our coach is really sound but he kind of objects to having relationships in the club between teenagers,,, how unfair!!!! :( :( :(
is it the same in other clubs? :?: :?: :?:

It's probably a good thing for the coach to not have "relationships" in the club. That's part of what makes him sound.

Relationships beyond being coach and perhaps friend that is.

If it's relationships between single rowers that is being objected to, that is kind of a club administrative call. Adults should be able to handle themselves appropriately in that area. Juniors should be getting guidance from their parents, but a good coach might have similar insights.

ya i get what your saying, thanks,,, but it doesnt get in the way of our training so thats the bit thats kind of unfair, he doesnt object to them, he just kind of disaprooves :?

It could be that it doesn't get in the way of your training now, but your coach might be concerned about what could happen to your training if things don't work out....I'm sure he disapproves only because he has your best interests at heart.
