Hi all!
The club that I volunteer with is gearing up for a middle school rowing program this fall, and I'll be the point person.

Am looking for advice, and maybe some training ideas, as I'm working with these young athletes. We'll have an eight week season, culminating in a long head race (the goal will be to finish, not worrying as much about speed). Two-three practices a week, and the first week will be taken up by orientation and the swim test.
