how did you get to 200lbs without weights?! :shock:

What sort of training are you doing? and how much?

Prior to that time i was training 5/6 times a week, mostly rowing, sculling, erging and circuit training. I'm quite well built naturally, my Dad was about 6'2 and 185lbs without ever lifting any weights!
