Hallo Tyn,

you only have to take of the metal cover in the middle, the cover on the side must be put back. Start with 10-15 minutes, sit in upright position, no long catch or extreme finish. Totally orthodox style - and you will never visit a gym or use machines for building up muscles.

I promise you and your muscles a new experience with the rowing machine  .

Take a day off the day after the first df 300 work-out.

Jürgen

Be sure you have wiped off all the holes and the fan with a damp cloth, then wipe them off with a dry one.

Leave the lever all the way open, and have that side of the erg out in the open, not close to a wall or anything else that would interfere with the air flow.

Where is the erg located?

If you are within a few feet of a wall that makes a huge difference to the drag factor.

Also it should be bigger with the cover off, not less.

You didn't take out the fan blades did you?

98, but I suck at erging. Better at bicycling and weightlifting. I prefer a light stroke, lost my touch when I upped the DF this year.

Stats : 1,79 and 91 Kgs. Used to be 98 Kgs for a while but cutting back for the summer. Will bulk up again from october.
