My First PB in 9 Months - 1:25:14.4
good one, Chris!

If you used the whoopy cushion on the erg, it must have been a remarkable performance!

Well, I've been so motivated this week I couldn't wait any longer to give it a go. HM PB (admittedly my weakest) well and truely smashed by 17 seconds.

My First PB in 9 Months - 1:25:14.4

Tidy, would like to thank my sponsors,

Continental Airlines Sick Bags,
The whoopy Cusion,
Wart, Mole, and Callus Vanish Cream,
The Zen Physio Infrared Back and Butt Massager,

Last but not least, Rowpro, and the now traditional Austrailan slow pace boat.

PS - Chippy was up the pub getting FAT!
Great PB Chris, 17 secs is a mighty improvement, especially as you aren't at your peak yet. BTW I heard on the grapevine the Oz Pace Boat is growing a third leg or something and is now capable of 2:00 Pace. So are we looking at a 1:24:xx early next season ??

Keep on PBing Billy me lad

Martin :)

My final 4 splits (1055m each) were

2:01.2
2:00.9
2:00.2 Heart Rate still below 169 (My AT)
1:57.1

So with 20 minutes left I was pretty comfy. I may try a marathon next week then maybe finish out the season with a sub 1:25 HM.

I know Chippy is close to finishing the *** DELETE - SPAM ***, tidying his garage and getting his PM3 fixed so the rowpro carnage is just around the corner. Its going to get bloody.

Tidy Like.

P to the O R k Y;

1 week to go and i am back, i have just about finished bulking up and i now have my party 7. It is great fun putting on the weight throughout the winter but not so much fun trying to shift it, that must be why you dont bother with the latter.

Porky, Polka,

Have you two invented your own language?

Truff?
Saftas?

I'll be ok to lay into you both, as my health insurance is fully paid up!

Dear Taffy Adams,
the word saftas means this afternoon, (didnt you ever watch Brooside?), the reference to truf is one of the boys by us has the "modern kiddie talk" you know swaps the th sound to f so truth becomes truf and instead of doing this and that they do vis and vat. As Ali G says "aint vat racialist to ve fick people"

Get up to speed bra, and ven you can speak good England wiv ve rest of us truf. The particular person involved is a well known character in Caldicot by the name of Spike, he thinks he is so cool that he tries to give one word answers, so if he agrees with you he just says truth but because ha cannot speak proper he says truf

Anyway got to mow the lawne now, proper

Send an e-mail to webmaster@concept2.co.uk, David Hart should be able to fix it for you (you may find like Jef Hutchby did that Porky has already been registered).
