I have just updated my monitor to a PM5 from a PM2. I have connected the flywheel cable to the slots provided, but the monitor is not getting data from the motion of the wheel when I row. I cannot seem to work out how to get the data to be read to make the monitor useful.

On a PM5, chose More Utilities > Product ID. Look at what appears next to "Model." Make sure this field matches your model rower (the one that had the pm2). If not, then instructions to change it are in the twisty on the page linked above.
