OK - I'm a bit behind the times but this is GREAT.
The firmware updates were a PIA.

Great until it goes wrong.

Did a C2 utility with USB cable the other day from V161 to V176 and it was very very slow, must be a lot more involved in updating really old firmware because when you get current it is at least twice as fast.

Would never recommend a wireless update if you already have a Windows laptop and a cable, but its your monitor so do what you like with it.

Yes, this was added a while back. But agreed, this was a great addition. As somebody who doesn't normally run Windows or Mac, it was definitely a huge PITA. Now I just need ErgData on my phone. Done all the updates since then wirelessly and haven't run into any issues. I think it just copies the files first and then the monitor goes into update mode as it did before, so I wouldn't consider it more dangerous than using any other method.

But you're a service tech!
I never got around to getting a cable and USB was problematic.
So far so good 👍👍
