Pricing for Used Concept Dynamic

I am looking to buy a used Concept Dynamic rower and wanted to know ballpark range for the price I should be considering. I am interested in one that is asking $650 for 8 years old, has not replaced the cord but has the recalled cord that Concept sent to be installed. Looks to be in great condition and has PM3. Is this a good price or can I do better? Thank you!

I don't much about Dynamics, but in case your aren't too familiar with the PMs, I can point out that compared to today's PM5 monitor, the PM3 is pretty low tech and for most folks in today's "connected" world not as desirable. If you're a "I'll just keep track of basic numbers" then it's fine, but if you want connectivity and lots of numbers to crunch, you'll want a PM5.
