Developing non-rowing lower half muscles

Post by Litewait » October 7th, 2019, 12:30 pm

Although I do free weights for my upper body all that I do for my lower half and cardio is C2 work.

I've developed piriformis syndrome, really need something to target and balance those lower half muscles that C2 doesn't hit.

Thanks.

For lower body you need to do deadlifts, squats, lunges, leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curls.

Just doing bodyweight lunges and squats will be good to start with.

I'm far from an expert but isn't piriformis syndrome affected by a weak core too?
