Starting a profile for my grandson.
This is probably one for Citroen but anyone knowing the appropriate link could also point the way. My grandson turned six in April and is showing an interest in the rower. I have searched the COPPA and general profile information pages for a link to setting up a new profile for him but have failed to spot one.
It is probably hiding in plain sight but I can't see it. I would be grateful to anyone who can point the way.

There's not such thing as COPPA in UK legislation. It only applies on the Western side of the Atlantic in the place (and their Northern state and Pacific island state) between the United States of Mexico and the Canadian federation.

Ok, but I did think it sensible not to use his proper surname (which is different to mine as he is my daughter's son) on the profile, as COPPA insists, for the places that you mention. That still leaves me shy of the link which will enable me to set up his profile. Can you guide me to that?

Maybe I don't fully understand, but can't you just go to this web site:Brian Lancaster wrote: ↑July 2nd, 2019, 10:52 amOk, but I did think it sensible not to use his proper surname (which is different to mine as he is my daughter's son) on the profile, as COPPA insists, for the places that you mention. and then, in the upper right corner, click on the "Sign Up" button?

Re: Starting a profile for my grandson.
Thanks for the response Gregg.
I visit that site usually several times per day to see what my rivals are up to. I did so several times today direct from your link. In the top right corner all I get is my profile picture. When I click on that I get a drop down menu offering Profile, Edit profile, Mail, Help, Contact Concept2 and logout. I read through all the Help offerings and didn't see the button you mention. So, I contacted Concept2 and was given the direction you have given.
I don't see any 'Sign up' option offered anywhere.

Re: Starting a profile for my grandson.
Brian,
I have taken a screenshot of what I see when I click on the link that I provided, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to attach or embed that screenshot into this response. It does not show my profile photo, and it definitely has a "Sign Up" link, just to the right of the Login button.
Perhaps you could flush the cache on you web browser and then try again?

Thanks for the help fellas. The problem was that I stay permanently logged in to The Training log site. Logging out never occurred to me.

But, you are perfectly at liberty to completely ignore that.Brian Lancaster wrote: ↑July 4th, 2019, 7:03 amProfile now done and first entry logged. (500 m 3:23.3). Thanks again.
