Is it possible to delete some of the entries from memory?
If not, how can I have other people try the Skierg without them being included in the lifetime meters?

You may be able to move a rogue workout to a USB stick and delete it. But it won't subtract the total from the lifetime (for the machine) metres.

Create an account in C2's online logbook. Use the lifetime meters from that account instead of the lifetime meters of the machine. With this approach, you can also include meters from other machines in your personal lifetime meters, for example if you travel and use the C2 rower on a hotel (approx. half of the hotels I use have a C2 rower in their gym).
Regarding local tracking on your PM5, I can't help. I have a PM3, and with a LogCard inserted, I can create up to 5 users and have their km tracked separately. However, when the LogCard memory runs full, and I start deleting entries for a user, the overall total for that user is also reduced. So I cannot get a lifetime total for my user on the LogCard. However, having two users on my LogCard still helps simplifying upload to my online logbook, since each user on the LogCard is connected to a different account in the online logbook.
With the PM5, everything is a little different. Perhaps it has been made smarter, so you log one user's lifetime meters locally on the USB key. I don't know.

Meters rowed while checking the drag factor are not counted, which creates a workaround.
When the erg is used by a friend, I can update my total by rowing the extra meters by time on the drag factor setting.
I did this yesterday and it worked quite well.
