Worse C2 machine ever...:(

i was spending the last week in a high end resort and they had in their gym a Model D with PM3.
straps unusable.
max DF was 83.
PM screen unreadable.
Chain grinds.
Chain is black and super dirty, so much so you cant see the holes between the chain links.
fly wheel covered with dust.

why why why people dont maintain those awesome machines??
