Extract the *.LCB file from my Log card

Hi all
so i have a couple of omnikey 3121 card readers that V3 and they do not read my log card . Their driver crashes my computer with a BSOD.
I need to upload my logs to my online log book. I dont know any other way other than the concept2 utility. Is there anyway I can extract the fiile LCB file from the card without the Concept2 app, and then upload it to my online logbook?

What version of Windows?

You can get the latest drivers for OmniKey (aka Hidglobal) 3121 readers from
https://www.hidglobal.com/drivers
