Reckon 2 Redmonds against 3 Thomases is a fair scrap,
Have you seen that baby brother of mine of late, here he is up to
18st.Hope to start training with him soon on the erg to get some of that lard of him.

You can keep your Polka dot jersey on the bike because ill be in yellow
sounds fair to me, although i am not too sure about the yellow jersey.

I saw porky the other week, i have no idea why people just let themselves go like that. i have been doing a few light sessions on the erg, i am looking forward to some challenges. Looking forward to the new season cant wait to get back into it B) B) B) B) B)

Glad I'm not out int he streets of Caldicot tonight - troubles a brewing.

Did a 10k today, first one of this season believe it or not. 38:52.3 or something

Pro's
Its was under 39 mins
The pace boat was an Aussie and got whooped
First session back after hols and I'm probably tired
Got 3 weeks to improve

Con's
I used to be a minute faster
I was knackered and had to lie down.
HR was 180 at end

Still it was done and it was on target.

B) I feel that i must represent my self! Chippy would be 19st its just that he is to tight to by the food, Polka dott made his way up the ranks by holding mobile phones for the local bad boys, sort of like a hanger on and roughing up kids in the local parks. Yes i may be not far away from 18st but i have a 32" waist, like a little pit bull.

These two pretenders will be shocked one day(june) and Mr Adams as for there being trouble brewing on the mean streets, there wont be no trouble just two roughed up wanna be's

I don't believe this, my luck is pox.

If I threw a bucket of t*ts in the air, the bucket would land on my head. The only time I hadn't had a proper go at this year (apart from a HM that is), was 1000m.

Checked out what I thought I could do - did it. Later checked what AussieTaff can do - Disaster again!!!!

Taffy Adams - 3:18.8
AussieTaff - 3:18.7

Why do I keep doing this to myself?!?

 Chippy,
after you badgering me and the wimp from roggiett, i thaught i had better start doing some training. I went on the rower and did 4000m in 17.34 and i am not ashamed to say that i did find it hard. It is suprising how you can feel so much different from not training. Bit of a shock to find it so hard but i only have myself to blame. The only thing i can do now is work on it,

No worries Pork, ask him how much trainning he's done lately - and I've been known to take 1 or 2 PAINMENT HOLIDAYS. Good thing is that you stick it in now though. Nice to have you back, Love it when the Reds are in town.

Buried deep in the old forum was the committment I made to break one of my original PB's from before my training break.

Well, I've been so motivated this week I couldn't wait any longer to give it a go. HM PB (admittedly my weakest) well and truely smashed by 17 seconds.

My First PB in 9 Months - 1:25:14.4

Tidy, would like to thank my sponsors,

Continental Airlines Sick Bags,
The whoopy Cusion,
Wart, Mole, and Callus Vanish Cream,
The Zen Physio Infrared Back and Butt Massager,

Last but not least, Rowpro, and the now traditional Austrailan slow pace boat.

PS - Chippy was up the pub getting FAT!
