Hi my name is Robert from Ohio. Im at level 60 (60 years old) sounds bad a** and in 3 weeks I went down from 211.2 lbs to 193.0 As this is a combination of getting back into cardio workouts and eating better. Plus I love golfing and mountain biking too. Im looking into getting the C2 E model as I like how it sits up higher. Years ago I had a C2 not sure which model and I'll never know why I sold it. I was moving around a lot from apartment to apartment and after several years I'm back thinking it may be time for one again. I've owned about ever kind of equipment that came out in the 70-80's. I want to lose some weight as I do exercise occasionally on a Nordic-track Treadmill but mostly on my Nordic-track Pro skier as I get better results using it. I also have a Total gym which I just seem to only use when I feel the need to work on my upper body. It was something I really thought I would use more but I use it the least. Regrets have set in on buying the Total Gym, sorry Chuck
I'm so impressed with all of the positive reviews about the C2 as everyone seems to think it's the best thing out there for a total body work out. I know they are built like a Tank as so is my Nordictrack Pro skier and the Soloflex that I once owned. For all of those who have one now, has anyone switch over to another piece of exercise equipment or is this still your main way of getting the most out of your workouts? I know it's so easy to get caught up in all of the hype of new equipment advertised on TV. I know I will use it as I'm hoping that I will not have any regrets after spending over 1 grand since I have some nice equipment now. I can easily see the Total gym being sold as I'm just wanting a machine that will stand the test and get used more than my skier. So was it money well spent and does it meet everyones expectations? This is going to be very important in my purchase which I hope to do in another week or so. Thanks to everyone's input in convincing me that this too will be one of the best investments in home exercise equipment.
