Re: Million metre row in 90 days
It was a cloudy day when Diane Michna put down the handle for the last time and left town in her Vanagon. Some of us sensed a single ray of light shining thru, to wit, C2 is capable of patrollng their own perimeter.

Many thanks for the comments.
I like the Marathon analogy and the “For inspiration, Royal Navy Master at Arms Dave Harris did 626k in a single stretch” But in the article it says he is now recovering in sick bay!!!!
I do try to improve my metres rowed in an hour, at least once a week if i can and am now up to PB 14300+ for an hour. When i started in January this was 13500 so already huge improvement. Anything under 2:10 pace is what i am looking for at this time.
I will look at RowPro again for added inspiration to each session.
My blog is on our Sportsballshop website the 1st article is here and i have written 4 so far about the rowing challenge. Filter with the term Fitness if you want to see all 4

I have also set a target for the ½ marathon row in 90 minutes best so far is just under 92 mins
