Hi all,
This might be a basic question for a 1month newbie but I'm trying to set up a set of intervals that will also record my recovery meters.
Say I am doing 8x500m with 4mins rest. I've figured out how to set that in the monitor but when the interval is over and the recovery countdown timer kicks in it, there isn't anyway to see my recovery meters/spm etc. while I wait for the next interval. Is there a way to set it up this way? I'd rather not just stop to recover but have my active recovery meters logged and visible as I wait for the next one.
Thanks!

It's always been that way. On timed intervals you'll see the extra metres added to the overall total.
If you need more info look at hooking up a cell phone running Ergdata or a laptop running RowPro.

You can, if you set it to variable intervals. 500 meter, next 4 min, 500 meter etc. In total you have to set the 16 reps. You use zero rest between those intervals.Rowmore wrote:Hi all,
