Has anyone heard of a wristwatch that times intervals and recovery periods like the PM2 monitor?
Sometimes I wish to do interval training outside or on another machine but I would like something that times interval and recovery/rest periods as easily and as intuitively as the PM2 monitor on my Model C.
I am hoping I can find something cheap (i.e. not a heart rate monitor-watch combo) for maybe $50 or less.
Wristwatch which times intervals and recovery periods?

I use a digital timer that was $5 from Radio Shack, and/or a $10 wall clock with a second hand.
Then I start with even departure times through the set.
For example, 15x 2:00, starting every 4:00 on the timer, i.e. starting at 4, 8, 12, 16 minutes etc.
The rest is the interval in between repetitions.
