Click-Thru Correct Technique Web Page Java

Hi All,

Cant find this at all now but I used to have a link to both on water and on erg web page that showed correct technique in stages with buttons on the bottom of the shots so you could click through each step?

Think it could of been Xeno doing the rowing?

Any clues?
