Concept 2 - Online Logbook - Results not loaded

Hi,

I have what seems a simple problem but I can't find any answers so far. I have connected my PM3 with my PC with the standard cable. I opened the Concept 2 Utility and then selected the option to upload the training sessions to the online logbook that were not already uploaded. These are easy to recognise since only these can be selected. I click on "upload" and it seems that everything is fine. However, when I then enter the online logbook I see only the sessions that were previously uploaded. No obvious error is apparent other than that the sessions are missing.

If it helps, the already loaded sessions were all last year. The new and unloaded ones all relate to 2014.

I hope someone can help.

The season runs from May 1 2013 to April 30 2014. You cant automatically upload any rows outside of that time span.

You can add them manually on http://log.concept2.com

Check the date/time on your PM3.

Also clear your Internet Exploder cache.
