Well, in the spirit of the olympics, I went downstairs to our gym and rowed on the Concept2 for 5 min. and walked on the treadmill for 6 min. Every little bit helps.

I've also added the Concept2 logbook app to my Facebook profile to help keep me motivated and trying to row a little everyday.

Oh my, another team challenge already. I was just sitting here wondering if I could talk myself into March Madness. 25 days sure does make any kind of cross-training a little difficult. But maybe after an early sip of St. Patty's day brew, anything will look possible.

Hey, Eh Teamers!

I just caught up on two years of messages. Hard to believe I haven't read the forum for that long (No, I didn't forget my password, but it was changed on me anyway. When did that happen?).

Jim: Nice job on the Round the World website, and I like the pictures you post here too.

Gang: The Eh! Team picks the July CTC challenge (http://www.c2ctc.com). Does anybody have suggestions?
