Hey guys, how's everything going. First post here... anyways...
I was wondering how my times clock in if I wanted to give the crashB's a shot next February? I've done quite a bit on the concept2 at my crossfit gym and I've fallen in love and purchased one.
My times are below in my signature. How would these fare for competitive style indoor rowing?

What's your 2000m time?
You're not yet quicker than a 45 yr old short fella (my PBs were set a few years ago).

Pretty ok, but like almost every crossfitter your endurance is relative weak. Your 5k should be around 17.30 looking at your 1k. You could be around 6.30 on the 2k which fine. The very best are below 6 min.

Weight category? Like hjs said, your endurance is low. Your strength is fair in the short stuff, but your scores drop as you go longer. You can see for yourself if you check out the C2 rankings. At your age, weight makes a whopping differences. That is way I asked which weight category you are in. Note the 165# is the dividing line.

you could always google crash-b results. that way you could view previous finishing times of men in your category. then compare their scores to yours. just a thought.

Ya gotta do a 2k..,.it's the only one that matters for competition. Could be you're avoiding it for some reason given you suffered through all the other distances? Just do it and post it up.
