I admire your abilities and dedication. I hope you all get rewarded for your efforts! Will Edward break 7:00 again? Will Sharp Rower lower his time the percentage he has trained for? Will Hillclimber grab that PR? I look forward to the answer to these and other questions.

Thank you. I am slowly moving towards full rest, and am counting on that to carry me down to 6:47.8 or better on Sunday, even if my training sessions didn't necessarily suggest I could quite hit that mark (I feel like my training workouts were never really done at full rest and that I'm finally recovering now. In any case, I just want to go for it, see what happens, I think I can do it).
Race plan: 1:41.5 @ 30, 1:43.5 @ 28, 1:43.5 @ 28, 1:39.3 @ whatever it takes! Drag factor between 120 and 125.
If you are interested in looking me up/following my race on the live webcast, I humbly offer that I'm in the Master Men category, name is Nicholas L.

Thanks for the support G-dub! Certainly hope to report a SB on Monday. (PB, set more than 10 years ago as a very fit cyclist is a bit out of reach.) Strategy is solid - just need to stick with the plan! Look forward to Sharp Rower's results and Edward's always entertaining race report.

I would think that once you moved up in an age category you could call it a PAGB - personal age group best
