cross team challenge

Post by johnlvs2run » January 1st, 2008, 3:28 pm

When does the next challenge start?

Also, do we enter the time or the pace for the 250 meters.

I imagine it's the time, though the pace would be somewhat more accurate.

The new CTC is ready on http://c2ctc.com

You enter the elapsed time for 250m. The website will double that to give your pace.

Can someone explain to me how this works? How do I get on a team? Are these the same teams as the January Challenge?

Thanks,

Trevor

Trevor,

You can sign up by clicking "add or update a person", and select any of the teams on the list.

If you don't have a team then select Independent.

The team selection and other details can be changed any time.

Age Without Limits has discovered the fun and exciting monthly
challenges of the CTC to be a good test of your stroking ability and skill.

We have to give credit to the GBR ergers who developed the
unique format for this event. No other rowing challenge is like it.

You can join any team shown or enter as an independent.

February CTC - 7777 meters.

See Citroen post above for URL. Having a problem entering it here
for some reason.

Locate Add or Update a Person
Follow the simple menu. Row 7777 meters and enter your result at Add/Update an Entry

Record the result in your log book too. The CTC functions on a different database.

The Cross Team Challenge computer program will automatically do the rest.

You can enter your improved times as often as you like.

Incorporate the CTC as part of your regular monthly workout .
It's another great opportunity to challenge yourself and others as well on
the C2.

Once you give this venue a try you will be hooked.
