Good progress murphypepper.

500m 1:36.6
1000m 3:25.2
2000m 7:03.9

Update:

500-1:28.0
1000-3:12.6

Thanks. I seem to have trouble with anything over about 5 minutes, but most of my training is geared toward 2000M, so hopefully this will change. Hitting a plateau right now--not making much improvement anywhere. What does "Bakes, undre 7:00. Even pacing" mean?

Murphy, with a build like that you're probably going to rip the fan cage apart very soon.

Bakes is my nickname for Rick Bayko. He has been staying under 7:00 minutes for the 2k since I met him. For me, 7:00 minutes is a very reasonable/respectable goal for any 50 something male lightweight. dennis
