Do JimR's PERathlon scores help the rowing community.

If you choose Yes please describe the need you feel the PERathlon fills and how it fills it. Provide examples of how the PERathlon guides your specific training. Provide examples of how Jim's times have improved by using the STP, WP, or PP in detail, with before and after examples. Describe your expertise in doing these things, how long you have known JimR, if you have put your times on the nonathlon, and if you are a friend of John Rupp's.

The goal of this poll is to help explain to forum participants how to improve their personal erg performance by using the PERathlon, the WATTathlon, the Nonathlon, STM, the WP, the PP, the JR Plan, and how to scratch your head while wiggling your toes.

Thanks to one and all for what will be the most useful topic yet posted on this forum!!
