Not surprised he's tired after all that! Awesome LWT performances :)

Thanks, will pass that on to Jordan.
We knew he was in good shape but hadn’t trained specifically for these efforts.
Hasn’t done intervals since before Christmas, purely endurance in rower, Wattbike and more recently using skierg. He also does circuits/weights most days.
An easy week to allow body and brain to recover

No videos but spm on all attempts is 29/30
Only have screenshots sent by Jordan to me of each one after he had done them, but somehow I can’t seem to upload them

Try putting the screenshots on the C2 Community facebook page.

No need to use photobucket or some such thing. You can upload directly from your computer.

Doesn't seem that long ago when he just started on the erg when you gave updates on the old UK forum about "Junior ". Seems to have developed well since then.

Hope you are keeping well.

Hi Nick,
Yep, time flies from the days as a youngster when he picked up a couple of BIRC bronze medals
We are well and basking in the sunshine in lockdown France
Still pretty fit but not fast
You’re still in good shape no doubt
