100m - 12.6
1 min - 430m
500m - 1:10.5 (equal WR)
500m record is some 21 years old I believe.
Unbelievable power!
The 100m at least was retweeted by Concept 2, so presumably had been accepted as a WR.lindsayh wrote:Amazing performances but not in the rankings yet??

Thanks Henry. Yup big guy for sure. I'm surprised at his back squat and deadlift though at the bottom of that page...seems incongruent with his performance on the erg.
Numbers from 2013, but yes those are not super strong.T_M wrote:Thanks Henry. Yup big guy for sure. I'm surprised at his back squat and deadlift though at the bottom of that page...seems incongruent with his performance on the erg.
They might be Crossfit specific PRs i.e. only lifts done during a Crossfit workout? Just a guess, but I'd be surprised if a guy who weighs ~115kg and is as good a C2 sprinter as he is hasn't deadlifted more than ~240kg (I was friends with an 85kg guy who deadlifted 240kg).hjs wrote:Numbers from 2013, but yes those are not super strong.
