After a break in mid-January, I got back to regular erg workouts on the 25th. I have done 9 erg work outs since then, doing 2-3 week. One was a 13' AT, another was a handle down 2k attempt for less than 1200m, and the rest have been complete time trials. Today I filled in the short pieces with a 1k.

Well done all round, keep at it.
I'm finding the long slow work not only a necessary evil, fast not being an option, but better anyway. In January there was a C2 challenge; I only did some real distance in the last 10 days. The first 15k was a killer, the second faster and easier and after a few more I even did a ½M five minutes faster than last year. Train your weakness as they say, all I have to do is decide which one to start on.
